Alongside our portfolio investments, CityBridge makes smaller, one-time grants to organizations that complement our strategic priorities.   We draw on our ground-level knowledge of the DC landscape to identify organizations that are having an impact—or show potential to have great impact—in the education and anti-poverty fields.  We recognize that “fixing” education becomes leagues easier if we can also address the complex needs of communities, families, and students.  Although our strategic priorities remain around systems reform, our portfolio of small grants acknowledges the wonderful work being done in this broader arena.
