Our research is rooted in finding right ideas and “leaning forward” to strive for consistent growth and performance improvement in our own work. We consult leading education practitioners and experts across the country to discern what has been accomplished in the education reform space and how we can bring those successes to Washington, DC.  If a solution to a specific problem does not yet exist, we partner with others to design a new program or model that will best fit the needs of DC’s education landscape.
