One of the many hurdles that challenge individuals eager to engage in education reform work—as funders, thought partners, board members, etc.—is a lack of appreciation for the complexities inherent in the field. As a best-practices research entity, we aim to address that challenge by sharing findings from our own research and from education experts in order to inform local school reform efforts. We believe that knowledge leads to action, and we have organized a significant focus of our work to support local stewards through teaching and training.
